Given the current climate of the music industry, DFA Records have managed to thwart off any and all criticism of the words "record label" by building a successful lifestyle brand beyond the music. Spearheaded by LCD Soundsystem and Special Disco Version's James Murphy, DFA have become synonymous with releasing some of the most successful artists in the last decade, so of course it made perfect sense to outfit some of their artists with Gravis DJ bags. Andrew Butler from Hercules and Love Affair, Nancy Whang, James Murphy, Juan Maclean, Marcus Lambkin from Shit Robot, Justin Miller, Holy Ghost's Nick and Alex, Tim Sweeney and Runaway's Jacques Renault and Marcos Cabral will all be sporting Gravis DJ bags behind the wheels of steel.
