Mezanew
"Mezanew" is the earliest live morning program on air on Fuji Television. The main topics are N＝News, E＝Entertainment, W＝Weather, S＝Sports. "Mezanew" is always sending their program to "those who are about to rest" and to "those who have just woke up" with news from the day before and news that has just came up in the early morning.
LIL BUDDY was introduced in the segment of the program named "This Week's New Goods." With its original cooler bag, bottle cap opener, and its speaker, it was introduced as a just fit gadget for the summer fun.
Yajiuma Plus
“Yajiuma Plus” is known to provide multi-faceted views on news. A topic is chosen on which articles are featured in multiple newspapers. As the articles are introduced, two or three commentators from inside and outside the broadcasting company comment on them. Sometimes comparisons are made between the different ways in which the newspapers write about the same topic.
LIL BUDDY was included in the segment entitled “Today’s Recommendation,” which introduces highly functional products and gadgets with interesting features. The Lil Buddy was introduced as an item that was ideal for outdoor activities in the summer. In a dramatized scene, three models actually used the product outdoors to explain its features in detail. These features included the ability to use the product as a cooler to store a large number of cans of soft drinks, the zipper designed to function as a bottle opener, and the product’s suitability as a basket to be carried on a bicycle using a strap attached to the bottom.
